Fitting out a new home
Wardrobes can be drawn together with the kitchen, the vanities and the furniture, so the joinery through the house is planned as one.
You see the design in 3D before the first cut, with two design rounds to change it.
Once you sign off, shop drawings and a production schedule keep the workshop in step with the other trades on site.
For fitted joinery, the lead time depends on the scope, the workshop's load and the timber, and it is confirmed in the quote.
Once the wardrobe is in
Goldenwood's craftsmanship warranty runs for 10 years and covers defects in the joinery, structure or finish that come from how the wardrobe was built.
For everyday care, wipe the doors with a soft, slightly damp cloth, and keep bleach, ammonia and silicone sprays off them.

- Can I change my mind once a built-in wardrobe is being made?
- Not for a change of mind: made-to-order work cannot be returned once production has begun. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not reduced.
- Are the hinges and drawer runners guaranteed?
- Yes. Hinges, runners and the other installed moving hardware are guaranteed for the working life of the wardrobe.
- Can a built-in wardrobe be repaired after the warranty ends?
- Yes. Outside the warranty period, Goldenwood says it will repair its work at a fair cost.
