- How long does a typical piece take?
- Most catalogue pieces ship within 8–14 weeks of design confirmation. Bespoke projects depend on scope — we'll confirm a lead time as part of your quote.
- Do you deliver outside Sydney?
- Our own crew delivers and installs across all of Greater Sydney, the Central Coast, the Blue Mountains, Wollongong and the Southern Highlands included. Regional NSW and interstate jobs we supply and deliver by specialist furniture transport. The Shipping page has the detail.
- Can I see and touch a finish before I commit?
- Yes: at the Wetherill Park showroom, or we can post a small sample kit. The Showroom page has the hours.
- Are commissions price-locked?
- Yes. Once you sign off on the drawings, the itemised quote is locked. We only revise the price if you change the brief.
- What's your warranty?
- Ten years on craftsmanship, lifetime warranty on hardware. Outside the warranty, send it back anyway — we'll repair it at fair cost, no matter when you bought it. The Warranty page has the terms.
