Before you ask
A few common questions.
- How long does a typical piece take?
- Most catalogue pieces ship within 8–14 weeks of sign-off. Bespoke projects depend on scope — we'll confirm a lead time as part of your quote.
- Do you deliver outside Sydney?
- Our own crew installs across the Sydney basin. For projects further afield we coordinate with specialist furniture transport and meet the piece at the destination for install.
- Can I see and touch a finish before I commit?
- Yes — visiting the showroom is the best part of the process. We can also post a small sample kit with timber chips and finish samples to your address.
- Are commissions price-locked?
- Yes. Once you sign off on the drawings, the itemised quote is locked. We only revise the price if you change the brief.
- What's your warranty?
- Ten years on craftsmanship, lifetime on hardware. Outside the warranty, send it back anyway — we'll repair it at fair cost, no matter when you bought it.
